Amazing hotel, just around the corner of the major parks, river, walking street. Great staff, great restaurant and even the coffee at the breakfast is good! Sunrise / Sunset from the rooftop is another awesome feature.

A friendly, helpful English-speaking owner enhances the stay here. The rest of the staff are also friendly and helpful. The rooms are good, as are the beds and water pressure. It's a short walk to the sites.

The staff service and willingness to attend every issue to ensure we had a relxing and easy stay was second to none. Their assistance to make arrangements were excellent bar the restaurant next door which was a proper tourist trap and made us put our guard up for the remaining of the trip but no fault of theirs, I just would recommend avoiding that particular restaurant.

I really liked how clean and well-maintained the property was. The space felt comfortable and welcoming, with all the necessary amenities provided. It was also in a great location, which made it easy to get around and explore the area

Hotel arranged everything for us incl free pick up and drop off service to/from train station, a English speaking guide with whole packages of sightseeing arrangements and excursions. The route is very enjoyable incl famous mountain n water boat tour, visit to cave, Osmantus factory, rice terrace and tea plantation. I don't know how they manage in high season like August, we don't have troubles of crowds as they re so experienced to find qualified spots with much less tourists, so we enjoyed stunning beauty of Guilin/Yangshuo at much ease. Finally we made Chinese dumpling together. Hotel offers top service to our full satisfaction👍 by the way breakfast is delicious and healthy with exotic fruits❤️
