Location: Perfect! Centrally located with short distances to sights, restaurants and public transport. Staff: Outstandingly friendly and courteous. Everyone was always helpful and provided a personalized experience. Mr. Ma, concierge, organized an excellent guided tour to the Terracotta Warriors. Room/Comfort: Very clean, modern and high quality. Bar/Lounge (Atmosphere, Drinks/Snacks and Service): Excellent. Value for money: Absolutely fair for this quality. Amazing hotel, room was very comfortable and the staff was always friendly and welcoming! The location is great because it is closed by the South Gate of the ancient town but still outside of the buzz. Will stay here again for sure!
