The smile..!!! ..Everybody is smiling from the bellboy at the front door passing by the reception desk to the housekeeper & her spontaneous " Good Morning " every morning during my 15 days stay ... I felt myself as if in my home... Nothing is impossible in this hotel,just ask..! My special thanks to the reception desk manager ... The hotel is just beautiful. The room is luxurious and has a wonderful view of the Pearl River. All the staff (reception, house keeping, restaurants,etc.) try their best to make you feel welcome and take care of you. My husband and I are very pleased with the hotel.

This is truly a hidden gem in the Liwan District . The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room with the garden view was exactly like in the pictures. The bed was very comfortable. There was a plate with fruit every day served . The hotel is at the border of the park and very tranquil in a busy city as Guanghzou.
