We had a wonderful stay at the Langham. This was our first trip to Shanghai and I am so glad we chose this hotel for our stay. It is perfectly located, but more than that, the hotel itself is stunning and we had a very comfortable room. Everything was spotless, and we had a wonderful surprise from hospitality staff. After a great night sleep, DO NOT SKIP BREAKFAST!!!. it's fantastic with so many options. This hotel staff could not be better. A few people stood out. We wanted to say thank you to Mr Ivan and Mr Jeffery. They helped us all week, and it was a joy to speak with each morning. A very special thank you to Mr Andy! What a kind and knowledgeable gentleman. Ask for him if you need anything, he treated us like family. We will be back

Rachel the receptionist was very helpful and did her due diligence in making sure that guests felt welcome. To my surprise she speaks very fluent English too, she is definitely an asset of the hotel. Another guy's A123 service was very satisfactory as well. Thumbs up Holiday inn, you got great staffs around.

Very warm welcome by Miguel who took care of everything, earlier and quick check in which was appreciated after a long flight. The room is very comfortable & cosy with the typical St Regis high service quality. Loved the patisserie in the lobby they had such delicious canelle, amazing breakfast.
