The location is very beautiful and the staff speaks English. Our flight was canceled and we had to change our plans so that instead of 2 nights we stayed only one night at this hotel and they were very kind to change our reservation! They helped us with everything we needed. We felt sorry that we could not stay at least 3 nights here! If we come back to Chengdu, we will definitely come to you! Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's prime location and comfortable accommodations. The surrounding area provided an excellent opportunity to experience local daily life, with a wide variety of dining options available. The convenient 7-minute proximity to FUGIN metro station allowed us seamless access to all our intended destinations. We particularly appreciated the authentic Chinese breakfast offered by the hotel. The entire staff, from the front desk to housekeeping and breakfast service, consistently demonstrated genuine helpfulness and courtesy. What can I say in one word? Exceptional! This hotel is truly one of the best place I've ever been for quality-price. The facility is brand new, the room is extremely clean, spacious and it has everything you can think of. Plus, it's very hi-tech (I loved the bathroom). The bed is super comfortable and big, as well as the pillows. The area is alive during the day (full of restaurants and stores) and quiet at night, so perfect if you wanna sleep well and rest properly. The breakfast was tasty and with traditional food as well, plus it changes almost everyday. The staff is just great, always ready to help you and give you tips about the city and any kind of support you might need (all of them speak English). Moreover, they're very kind and smiley, which is always highly appreciated! I will definitely come back to Xishu Garden Inn for my next stay in Chengdu: don't hesitate to book it!
