Cosy, welcoming ambience. Great food. Friendly, helpful staff. Delightful owner who took the time and trouble to meet up with us and even packed up a couple of packets of delicious peanuts to take with us on our train journey to Kunming. Loved the location - it was near the ancient town of Shuhe and a pretty park area where we spent a great couple of hours.

The room was spotless and thoughtfully furnished with many lovely details. The garden was beautifully decorated, featuring comfortable furniture that made it the perfect spot to unwind. Such a beautiful hotel. The scenery is amazing from every angle. The restaurants and bakery on site were excellent - we were there to celebrate my daughter's birthday and they were able to arrange a cake with candles at very short notice and even delivered a complimentary cake to our room later in the evening! Breakfast buffet had a great spread of western and Asian foods. The kids enjoyed the petting zoo and animal feeding and complimentary hotel activities such as tie dyeing. Overall, an amazing stay.

Our stay was incredible. The people were so welcoming and friendly and spoke good englisch - perfect if you are new to china. They helped with trips and showed very nice local places. The Hotel is so nice – flowers, nice view and very quiet. The village and the nature is stunning, one of the most beautiful places in the world.
