Located on the banks of the lake in a very quiet yet convenient place very close to the main attractions Hotel has an overall charm - everything is cute and charming - be it the furnishing, artefacts, decor etc The rooms are spacious and comfortable The breakfast is good but with limited western options The staff are very helpful in organising the visits and also they suggested to have our luggage sent to Yangshuo by car( as we chose to travel by cruise) They also suggested a vegetarian ( Chinese ) Restaurent ( Nengren temple Restaurent ) which was a life saver . We had not experienced a tastier Chinese vegetarian buffet ( very extensive ) earlier Do not miss it if you are in Guilin( need to book in advance sometimes )

Everything was just great. Thank you very much for making our holiday so enjoyable. We had a luxurious room with a balcony, a bathroom and a view of the river. Every day we were given a delicious breakfast: scrambled eggs, coffee, fruit. The staff is very nice, they helped us with everything. The owner speaks English very well and can help, tell us how to get everywhere we need by public transport. There is a washing machine on the roof, you can use it for free. The room has everything you need: soap, toothbrushes, shampoo, shower gel, comb, slippers, towels. Wifi works well. The location is not in the very center, but by taxi for 10 yuan, or by bus for 2 yuan, or on foot for 20-30 minutes you can get everywhere you need without problems.

The staff service and willingness to attend every issue to ensure we had a relxing and easy stay was second to none. Their assistance to make arrangements were excellent bar the restaurant next door which was a proper tourist trap and made us put our guard up for the remaining of the trip but no fault of theirs, I just would recommend avoiding that particular restaurant.

I travel a lot and have never had such a good hotel experience. Everything was perfect, from the free pick-up at the train station, where we got water right away, to the amazing atmosphere of the hotel and the luxurious rooms. The owner of the hotel knows how to make his guests feel at home, he helped and advised us with everything, he prepared an excellent breakfast every morning and on the day of departure he also gave us a card to another hotel room so that we could use the bathroom, since check-out was at 14:00 and we left at midnight. At the end of our stay, we also received a gift - excellent attitude, clearly the best accommodation of the entire stay in China. 100% recommended

Staff there is really helpful, the Chinese style breakfast is good. Location is around 15 mins away from the centre but Didi is really easy to get there. Definitely a place i will stay again in the future if i ever come back
