First of all, I want to talk about Jenny. She is a wonderful host. She bought my tickets for Zhangjiajie National Forest and Tianmen Mountain before I arrived. She told me where to visit on the map. She helped me with everything. She was my biggest luck in Zhangjiajie. She even opened her kitchen for me since I couldn't eat Chinese food :) She made Turkish food for them and we ate it together with great pleasure. Thank you for everything Jenny. The location of the hotel is great and it is 5-10 minutes walking distance to everywhere. The hotel and the rooms are very clean, modern and comfortable. There is hot water 24 hours a day and the room was very warm. It was one of the best places I stayed during my world tour. Hope to see you again

Title: Unforgettable! More than just a place to stay. Our stay at Cloudspire Haven was the absolute highlight of our trip. The photos don't even do it justice. Waking up to those breathtaking mountain views right from your bed is an experience in itself. The real game-changer, however, was the incredible hospitality. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering great local tips and making the best coffee right on the cliffside terrace. It felt like staying with a knowledgeable friend. If you're looking for a unique, personal, and utterly memorable experience in Zhangjiajie, look no further. Highly recommended!

Leave this for your last day - if your flight is at night, reach the Tocket point at 1pm and you'll have plenty of time. Best spot for pictures are actually on the left corner on the elevated area. Do not waste time on the way.

I was up on the mountain in the winter ,3 days after heaven's door was closed ,so get there when the main attraction is open . I was the last tourist off the mountain ,but it was still fantastic ,everything was covered in ice and it was very foggy ,I still enjoyed the experience. Once again make sure those things you want to see are going to be available

Tianmen Mountain or heavenly gate is a great attraction with stunning views. It is easy accesible by cable car, the routes are clear and there are different things to see and to do, the temple, the gate and the glass walk. I prefered this place over the Yangjiajie Scenic Aera.

We loved everything there and we feel like home. This family run hotel is just 15 minutes walking away from Tianmen Mountain and short ride from everything. The breakfast was delicious and the service from all of them was excellent. Also the rooms are good sized and cute. So, thanks to Sata and family, we hope to come back soon :)

The hotel is modern and in a great location with being only less than 10 mins from airport and 15 from tourist attractions. The staff were super friendly and accommodating throughout our 3 night stay. They also offer a free airport transfer which is super handy! The view of Tianmen Mountain is gorgeous and can be seen from the rooms or even the mirrored roof top which you can take cool pictures from!

Very helpful host that speaks good English, he helped us booking all necessary tickets! The hotel is located in the town center with many food and shopping options around. The visitor center for Tianmen mountain is a short 10 minute walk away, one of the train stations as well (although not the one where the bullet trains to Chongqing leave from). The room was spacious, everything was spotless.

First of all, the communication via WeChst worked very well! The free pick-up from the airport (or for us from Zhangjiajiexie railway station) worked very well too! Staff was incredible, helped us a lot with booking tickets to Zhangjiajie scenic area and Tianmen mountain. Breakfast was also very lovely with a separate „VIP-Western Breakfast“ for westerners with a good variety of western-like food. The hotel also has a small store with all the things you’d need! All in all great value for money!

Rainbow was the nicest. Very helpful and kind. She helped be with pretty much everything I needed while visiting the area. The hotel is very well located and next to the Tianmen mountain’s cablecar. A lot of restaurants around and at night the place is really calm.

JJ and his wife were excellent hosts. Very welcoming and always helpful with local things to do. The apartment is nice too, restaurants and supermarket close by and right next to the cableway station to Tianmen mountain. We had a great experience in China.

The owner Jenny was amazingly friendly and helpful! She helped us book all the transport, tickets and plan our routes everyday. She even helped us buy other tickets after we left the hotel. My partner doesn't speak Chinese and a helpful local in China is priceless. The service itself is worth the money, you don't even need a tour guide. Good location as well, walking distance to Tianmen mountain cable car station and the main town.

Super friendly! They helped us organize the tours in Tianmen mountain, Zhangjiajie Forest and Grand Canyon to avoid crowds and also helped us buying the tickets way before our arrival to China. In addition, the rooms are really clean and seem quite new. For Tianmen mountain is perfectly located, really close to the cable car entrance (5 min by car). We just stayed 1 night in their hotel but wished to stayed longer.
