Everyone was always helpful and provided a personalized experience. Mr. Ma, concierge, organized an excellent guided tour to the Terracotta Warriors. Room/Comfort: Very clean, modern and high quality. Bar/Lounge (Atmosphere, Drinks/Snacks and Service): Excellent. Value for money: Absolutely fair for this quality. The hotel was exceptional! Maybe not at the city centre with the wall but great location next to a metro line to the city! Everything else was perfect and I have no words for their staff that they did everything to accommodate me in the best possible way!
