Great location, the metro station is right in front of the hotel. Many restaurants and coffee shops are nearby. I'm definitely, going to stay here again. The staff at the front desk is very helpful. Breakfast is very Chinese, a good opportunity to try local food but it would be nice if there were more options for western breakfast. I'd like to thank the staff on 22 April night for helping us find something to eat, I forgot to ask his name. And also thanks Hannah Gao for helping us get a taxi.

It was an exceptional experience to stay at the highest St Regis in the world! The view and architecture were super impressive, the staffs have the warmest welcome and not forgeting Alice for being very attentive to our requests. They certainly made us felt welcome. The pool is great and nice with a hot jacuzzi bath. There is also a nice bar at Level 95 which we enjoyed. The room is nice and the bed is comfy, and I love their choice of hand soap :)

This place is a hidden gem. The rooms are spacious, modern and absolutely spotless. The staff are super friendly and helpful, even though I don't speak Chinese. The price is very good value and the location is very convenient. I extended my stay twice because this place is ideal for a travelling professional and for travelling with a partner.

Great hotel. Very spacious and clean. A lot of elevators, even though there was a conference I never had to wait long. The fitness is great! Centrally located in a very nice district of Shenzhen

The location is very nice. Three min walk from 燕南 station. Easy to find food with several restaurants nearby. A supermarket, Walmart, is also around. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. The room is largely good. The bed mattress is extraordinarily great. My only concern goes for the toilet——once u take a shower, the whole room goes wet. Not that friendly when two people stay there.
