It was pleasant that our room was upgraded. The view of the lake and the far away Shanghai skyline was beautiful. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious and the staff were friendly. If we ever visit Shanghai again, we would definitely choose this hotel again. ❤️

The hotel is very nice and worth recommending Jerry helped us a lot when we checked in because we couldn't order takeout or a taxi The executive lounge has a great view Considering that our flight is scheduled for 8:30 pm, Jeremy asked us to stay until 4:30 pm before checking out. Thank you very much, the car is also very comfortable, like it.

The hotel is very clean and in a really good location, close to the Line 2 metro station. The staff are very helpful, especially Johnson, who is always ready to help and speaks perfect English

With two kids , we planned to travel using Shanghai’s excellent subway system. The Hotel is about a 5 minutes walk from Shanghai Station, which connects to the major subway lines. What stood out for us was the great room, the excellent breakfast, and the friendliness of the staff. They spent more than half an hour helping us out with the App system to secure bookings, understanding how everything works. Everyone worked with a smile and was very helpful. I don’t normally do this but will name drop some staff names here : Beck, Victoria, Eva, Alan, all in their own way created great memories and an atmosphere that we can’t recommend enough.

Exceptional hotel! Very clean, nice interior, high quality breakfast with wide selection, but the best was the staff!!! Everyone (drivers for shuttle bus, receptionists, cleaning staff, etc) was extremly kind and helpful! (One time I called the reception at midnight to ask if they had a converter for my laptop, and they found one even though it was so late, I’m still very grateful for it) Next time I come to Shanghai again I will definitely stay here!
