The staff of the hotel is excelent. Very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was great with gluten free options which I appreciate very much as a gluten intolerant person. I also enjoyed the location. Close to the city centre and also to the nature and hiking/cycling trails on the other side of the river.

Grand Palace Brno is one of my favorite hotel in this trip, staff is very nice and kind; when we arrive and check in, We had Welcome drink, staff helped us to carry the luggage to the room. My friend lost her room key and the receptionist gave us two new rones. The daily cleaning was also very careful. All the service staff were very friendly and would take the initiative to ask if we needed help. when we checked out, they also took the initiative to provide us with two bottles of water for us to drink on the way trip. We also had a very good experience with the Thai massage TAWAN that we cooperated with the hotel. The breakfast is also great overall. There is a tram stop at the hotel door, and it is also close to the supermarket, cabbage market, and the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was phenomenal, steps away from the main train station, with a view from the rooms of the beautiful Vegetable Market Square. I felt just like a princess, looking out the palace window upon the "peasants" :).
