Hello - we LOVED your hotel! It was beautifully furnished with a large and very comfortable bed. The water, coffee and toiletries provided in the room were fabulous, as was the breakfast each morning. We could easily get to the centre of old town and the hotel was so easily accessible to tourist attractions. The departing gift of Olive Oil was also very much appreciated! We really loved our stay; thank you!

The location is great, breakfast is very good, people who work there are also amazing. I would like to mention a woman from reception desk (I forgot the name unfortunately), who had been very nice and helped me a lot with my requests; and manager Olha from a restaurant - she has a great attitude and overall was very kind and helpful. Also, cleaning ladies Oksana and Alisa were keeping the room fresh and clean every day, and were restocking all the goodies that hotel offers. I will definitely return to this hotel next time.

The rooms were very neat and big. I liked the connecting door between the bedroom and closet area. It gave me security and privacy. The receptionists, Marcela and Oxana were very nice and kind. Marcela ordered a taxi for me to the airport with her personal account so I paid less. Very sweet of her. Great buffet breakfast.
