Very helpful and nice staffs! The employee who helped my check in was very welcoming and let me check in a bit early because I had a tough day at the airport. They offered a bottle of free wine, I was not able to drink it tho. The room was very clean!

The hotel is in a very good and comfortable location. By trams it took us only 15 minutes to get to the center. The hotel facility is very comfortable for all kind of visitors, everywhere is clean, staff is very friendly and ready to help you in everything. Breakfast was super, a huge variety of choice. The staff gave us presents and we had also presents in our room. I recommend everybody to stay at this hotel while visiting Prague.
