Staff were polite, welcoming and helpful. The lady from reception anticipated our need for parking and offered herself to open the door for it when she saw us pull up. The coffee was exceptional, I am a big coffee fan, and the breakfast, really good and varied. The room was spacious, the couch and bed, comfy. The bathroom had many storage space in the shape of shelves. The entire place was clean and well kept. Air conditioning is available. We had a bottle of water waiting for us in our room, a thoughtful gesture. There is a mall nearby, 5 minutes away, if you need it. The city centre is close, about ten minutes away by foot.

Really big room with a sofa, a great choice of food for breakfast. They also offer fresh juices. The location is good, near Park Lužanky, near the tram station and not far from the city center. There was a bath and a shower in the bathroom.
