Beautiful and comfortable hotel!

friendly staff, great location, exellent breakfast!

Very very courteous and helpful people. Would love to come back and stay again if we could.

These are just the highlights of my 2 night stay: - The friendly and super helpful lady at the reception, who rearranged rooms such that I did not need to wait although I arrived an hour early, and could still change and have a shower before my meeting. - The welcome drink, which is an original creation. - The delicious breakfast buffet with many little details. Don't be blinded by it, however, since the real gem is hidden in the à la carte menu: eggs benedict with spinach and smoked salmon! - The location: quiet, yet close to everything (except for the castle maybe, but I did not plan to go there in the first place)

It was clean and comfortable and the staff were incredibly helpful. Although not in the centre of the main tourist areas I’d town, it was very easy to get around by tram (and we even walked home from the old Town once too). We chose the location because we had a car and parking was very easy at the hotel. Some great places to eat close by as well.

Our stay at Plaza hotel was 100x times better than we expected. We stayed in triple room which was spacious and most importantly, it was clean. I would love to highlight 3 main advantages of the hotel. 1) It definitely is location. we were around a minute walk till the bus station. There is metro also. around 10 minutes walk but we use bus every day which was very convenient. 2) Staff!! I repeat hotel's staff! They were just so cute and helpful. We were really really early on Check in so we stayed in the lobby but my friend had a birthday and hotel gifted us free breakfast + we had a delicious wine as a gift in our room. Also we needed help with directions and printing some staff on which we had full support. Thanks to Diana & Lenka! 3) Breakfast! We've been travelling to a lot of countries and stayed in a lot of hotels and I gotta say that Plaza hotel's breakfast is one of the best thing we've tried. So if you want a hotel with friendly staff, tasty breakfast, good location and an affordable price then Plaza hotel is definitely a good choice. Room #412 will be back soon!
