Location is perfect. All interaction with the staff prior to arrival and during the stay was excellent, they consistently and efficiently managed everything. The room was lovely and I asked for a soft topper on the bed and feather pillows (I like a soft bed) and this was done without question. I changed rooms during the booking and this was also managed so well, no waiting and the staff made sure the rooms were next to each other to make it easier for me. It was an outstanding stay!

The reception staff are amazing. The rooms are very clean and comfortable The hotel is very close to all types of transportation, including buses, metro, and trams. My experience at this hotel was wonderful, and I will never forget the smiles of the receptionists. They were all wonderful and helpful, without exception.

Absolutely loved the Gästehaus Englischer Garten! From the location, the beauty of the surroundings, the room (super comfortable bed, too!), the decor, to how at home the owner, Selçuk made us feel; I cannot say enough great things! We stayed in the 'family' room on the top floor, and it is plenty big for a family with two kids, a couple, or two friends on holiday.

    Don’t miss this and make sure you have several hours. We loved The quiet, cooler shaded walk through the park. Enjoyed watching the stuffers and people floating through the river. Ended up at the beer garden with scenic views of the lake, swans and people enjoying the paddle boats.

    We liked the old building and even the old cabinet in the master bedroom dating a few hundred years! Close to Münchner Freiheit and English Garden. Although the misunderstanding the team was accommodating and made the sofa-bed in the parents room for more sleeping options for the family.

    The staff was amazing, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Parking was perfect and affordable, directly located under the hotel. Location was ideal to everything - the Residence, Embassies, and the English garden, not to mention the Ubahn. Excellent food choices nearby. The small garden at the hotel was a nice Oasis. Breakfast room was comfortable and bright with good options.

    It’s located within a short walk from the Lufthansa Express Bus stop and an even shorter walk to a Metro station. There’s a well stocked supermarket in the same block as the hotel. English Garden is close by to be explored. Hotel is clean and the staff are really friendly and welcoming.

    We stayed in a family room which was very convenient, since we have two teens. There were two seperate showers, seperate toilet, and each of them had a seperate mini room, with single beds. The hotel is not new, but clean. The location was perfect, English Garden just around the corner and 10-15 min walk to the main attractions in Old Town. The staff gave us a parking permit to park for 8 EUR for 24h in the neighbourhood, but we were lucky to find parking just in front of the hotel. Breakfast was very good

    A fantastic new property in the outskirts of Munich Centre. Great public transport links to the Airport and city centre. Close to the English Garden, Chinese Tower and Beer Garden. Very comfy rooms with everything you need as visiting tourists. With a Bar and restaurant on site you will no be hungry or go thirsty. Plenty food and drink nearby as well.

    Breakfast was very good, almost everything was stated as bio. Variety of food was enough (not too much to confuse yourself if you look at the brightside). Staff was polite. Location is 20mins walking distance to Marienplatz, so ok. It costed 16 euros by taxi from English Garden to the hotel

    This is a great hotel in a perfect, quiet location, but still very close to Munich Altstadt, The English Gardens, and all of Munich's central attractions. Hotel staff at check-in and check-out were SUPER friendly, there was parking right out front (which we only had to pay €8 to the hotel for) and the rooms were super clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again when visiting Munich.
