Great location and surrounding area. Personnel was genuinely friendly and very polite. Superb breakfast – exceeds most of 5-star hotel breakfast offering in terms of variety and quality. Overall great hotel – pleasant interior design (both the room I stayed in and common areas), well equipped room. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

The location was great for us since we had a concert at the Columbiahalle, moreover is directly above the Ubahn, so you can reach everything quickly. The check-in is smooth and the communication with the staff was good and quick, they were also generous with us since there were some renovation ongoing. The facilities in the rrom were good, everything was present and clean.

I traveled from Canada to Berlin for a concert by my favorite band and for work. My friend and I encountered a language barrier and had trouble getting our tickets because the Deutsche Post delayed my letter. And oh my God, I’m so grateful to Andrea and Maria for their quick assistance! Andrea reached out to everyone who could help and saved our concert plans — especially important since my friend had also traveled from another country for this. We received the E-tickets two hours before the concert. Thank you for your help, you are wonderful, girls! ❤️ They even allowed me to check into my room a little early, which was a lifesaver because I was exhausted — thank you! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel; everything was new and spotless. I even managed to hold a business meeting with my partners in the restaurant. Additionally, I was able to check out an hour later, which was incredibly convenient since my work meeting ran over. Friendly recommendation: Add some light in the bathroom for better makeup application ☺️
