The hotel was very well-maintained and perfect for business needs. The meeting rooms were professional and fully equipped. The WiFi was fast and stable, which made it easy to work and attend meetings online. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Also, the breakfast was delicious and varied a great way to start the day.

Location is perfect. All interaction with the staff prior to arrival and during the stay was excellent, they consistently and efficiently managed everything. The room was lovely and I asked for a soft topper on the bed and feather pillows (I like a soft bed) and this was done without question. I changed rooms during the booking and this was also managed so well, no waiting and the staff made sure the rooms were next to each other to make it easier for me. It was an outstanding stay!

    This was not what I was expecting but if you love beer tents...

    This was not what I was expecting but if you love beer tents, bratwurst stalls and scary fayre rides and crowds this would be perfect for you! It is free to enter and well signposted to access - just follow the crowds and the Marshalls.

    Avoid Munich during this festival, it is chaos, crazy over priced accommodation, food and booze, no customer service in restaurants, rude, pushy staff. Left early and spent time in the airport instead. Probably a lovely experience at different time of year. Loads of drunks, very loud.
