Was a beautiful place to stay for 2 nights. The fire in the public lounge was wonderful where we had drinks. The room was comfortable and large, the breakfast lovely. And to top it all off it snowed the day we were leaving. Just magical.

A gorgeous hotel with such welcoming staff in the centre of the old town and close to other amenities nearby with Balti Jaam which is a collection of food, markets, supermarkets and speciality shops a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The walls in the hotel form part of the old town wall, which is so unique and a Bolt or taxi ride is a 10 minute journey into the city centre. I stayed twice on different occasions on my visit and both were fabulous. The rooms were immaculately clean with adjustable temperature controls as it was very cold outside and they even packed me a breakfast takeaway for my early morning flight departure. Could not recommend highly enough.

Everything was great, very friendly staff, great room (was well equipped and quiet), everything was clean including the spa and gym. I enjoyed the breakfast and location as well. Very easy to get there by public transportation from the airport.

Although we only opted for a standard room, it was really spacious and beautifully decorated. Clever use of the space to incorporate plenty of storage options and really comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom with huge walk-in shower. Immaculately clean. Rooms were serviced by the housekeeping team very promptly - they always seemed to manage to get in and clean the room whilst we were down at breakfast and were always finished by the time we returned. It’s really worth going up the pool on the top floor. Lovely facilities up there and fantastic views of the city. Breakfast buffet offered a vast array of options, including omelettes made fresh to order. Fantastic location, with the old Town within an easy ten minute walk and the very modern Roterman district - with lots of funky shops and restaurants - right behind the hotel.

    If you want to visit the tower there is a separate ticket.

    If you want to visit the tower there is a separate ticket. The stair is narrow and the steps are very tall, but the view is nice. If you don't plan on going anywhere else where you can have a good look at the city from up above I would recommend going. The Town Hall itself isn't always open to the public so you should check before visiting. I still think it is worth going to Tallinn even if you can't actually visit inside cause the Town square is amazing.
