The best hotel that i could find for 3 night as i thought “just to sleep in”! I loved it so much! While Ramadan there are no people at all which shocked me. The hotel itself very clean and nice. Feels that it’s old, but didn’t upset me at all! Didn’t expect the hotel to be that nice, to be honest :) All the members of staff are so friendly and helpful. I mentioned that i will be travelling to Cairo at night and they offered me a breakfast box immediately! This is what i call hospitality. Being a hotel worker myself i’m giving this hotel 5/5 for hospitality and friendliness.

The Safir Sharm Waterfalls Resort is an absolute gem! The location is breathtaking, nestled right next to the stunning waterfalls that give the resort its name. The services were top-notch, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The food and drinks were delectable, offering a diverse range of culinary delights that catered to all tastes. The reception was warm and welcoming, and the overall decor and ambiance of the resort created a truly luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. Special appreciation to Mr. Abdullah and Mr. Jordian . As for entertainment, the resort offered a variety of activities, from water sports to evening shows, ensuring there was never a dull moment. Truly a remarkable value for the money spent. Highly recommended

It's been a wonderful holiday here in Pickalbatros hotel my husband and i we enjoyed in every single moment here, the food service drinks beach pool massage scuba diving and etc... a big compliment to Mustafa our room cleaner he is doing his best in every detail every time we came to the room there will be always a surprise we love it, definitely will be back here again!
