Everything from the first day to the last at the hotel was wonderful. The food was very diverse, offering dishes that closely resembled Turkish flavors. The heated pool is perfect for families with children. The staff at the pool, lobby bar, and restaurant do their best to provide excellent service. They genuinely strive to ensure you leave happy. We would especially like to thank Ahmed Mahdy at the reception for his attention and care throughout our stay. With our large family of six, we had an amazing vacation. We will definitely come back again :)

I stayed here last year also and this time the hotel was amazing. Everything has been renovated so expect new bedding, towels. The cleanliness is on spot. The staff is very polite and welcoming. The pool area is amazing. It's very easy to reach old town by Taxi which you can get in less than a minute from outside. The area is quiet but close to the old town. The staff plays pleasant music (think of oriental relaxing music) most of the day which is great. The cleaning is done everyday. They provide all things like toilet paper, shampoo, tissues etc. All resort has been repainted so it looks very nice. There are sun loungers for sunbathing with towels provided. The pool is very clean. The price is also great for the quality. You get breakfast too which is typical like bakery, cheese, white cheese, some veg like tomato, squash, ground coffee (the quality is good). It's nice and the staff in the breakfast is polite too. Staff speaks many different languages. Overall I definitely would recommend staying here.

Great hospitality from all staff specially Mr. Bader reception manger.. Tasty food 😋 and that not strange since Master chef Mohammad Hasafi. Was on-board. And chif bader was amazing . Great and lovly beach . Want to thank lifeguard Ibrahim was very friendly and dedcated . This my seventh time with sunrises in sharm and evry time thy surprise me with there generosity. They take care of every detail to make you happy and safe. Thank you all for such amazing vacation 💛.
