I recently stayed at Cleopatra Luxury Resort Sharm and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling — they truly make the hotel feel special. The room cleaning service was excellent. My room was always spotless and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. The food was also very good, with plenty of variety and fresh options every day. There was always something tasty to choose from. The outdoor areas are another highlight. There’s plenty of space for sunbathing, and the pools and beach are clean, organised, and perfect for relaxing. Overall, Cleopatra Luxury Resort Sharm offers great hospitality, good food, and excellent service. I would happily return and recommend it to others.

Excellent Service and Unforgettable Hospitality I stayed at this hotel for one night in a sea-view room, and the experience was truly outstanding. The room was exceptionally spacious and offered a breathtaking view of the sea. In the evening, I enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel’s new restaurant, to which I was kindly invited by the Guest Relations Manager, Ms. Rowan. Although my original reservation was made for several days through a third party, Ms. Rowan went above and beyond to assist me in modifying it without any extra charges or penalties. She made multiple phone calls on my behalf and handled everything in a highly professional and efficient manner. I would like to sincerely thank her for her dedication, effort, and exceptional service. I would also like to express my appreciation to Mr. Mahmoud, the bellman, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Last but certainly not least, I would like to thank the Chief of Security Mr. Hathem. An unfortunate conflict arose between me and another guest, during which the other guest behaved very rudely and even became physically aggressive by grabbing my hand. The Chief of Security and his professional team handled the situation calmly and expertly, resolved the conflict, and ensured that I ultimately received an apology from the guest. Overall, my stay was short but truly memorable thanks to the outstanding staff and excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

First I would like to thank all the staff members they were really amazing , special thanks to Mr. Bassem , Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Ashraf from the reception for doing their best to give us a fantastic holiday experience, the All inclusive package was excellent , food in the buffet was high quality and exceptional taste with a wide variety of food and drinks with the buffet open for the breakfast lunch and dinner plus the beach bar snacks with amazing food., The beach is amazing especially the pier in the middle of the sea where you can actually do some snorkeling and enjoy the coral reefs and the red sea famous marine life , room was clean , the pool view was beautiful especially this time of the year with a very nice wheather ,this is an amazing experience of a 5 star resort where you will always find something fun to do and ensure you go happy with lots of happy memories
