The hotel is located 10- 15 minutes from the Barajas airport. There is a hotel free Shuttle that comes and gos every 30 minutes to the Barajas hotel with a capacity of about 20 passengers, make sure you book in advance as there may be hours when it is full. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. There is a supermarket and some restaurants nearby and it is a nice place to walk with the big avenues. Personle is friendly and eager to help when needed.

The staff is exceptional friendly and in particular Beatrice. They really go the extra mile. The food was excellent and the hotel is really nice. Very dog friendly as well. Excellent experience.

The staff: very attentive, nice and professional. Especially towards our three-y-o, with whom they were very kind. The hotel in general is very well equipped. Maybe not the most modern furniture, but well preserved. It's a children-friendly hotel all in all.
