Wonderful stay for Christmas, stunning decorations and the staff made us feel welcome at the holidays. The room was lovely and very comfortable. They left little gifts for Christmas Eve and Christmas day. It was December, but even so, we could go up to the rooftop area during a sunny day and it was so beautiful. Loved the outdoor courtyard as well. Would love to come back in warm weather!

Very good in every sense. Friendly staff, supportive and jovial. Spotless place and they took care of it every single day even without asking. The view over Gran Vía was everything.

The location of this hotel is great; it is close to Puerta del Sol and Opera, so you have a few minutes' walk to the main attractions in Madrid. The breakfast is really good, and the staff is helpful and really nice. Overall, we had a great time at the hotel.
