It was perfectly convenient for what we needed which was a comfortable room near to Chamartín train station. Allow 10 minutes to get to the train station properly. It is close but you need to go up escalators etc to get inside the station. The room was great and everything was comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast and even though we were offered a 20% discount it would make it 20€ per person, I’m still not convinced that is good value. I think it was a little bit pricey but perhaps that’s because of its location. I would stay here again.

I liked the fact we were upgraded to the level and that you could go downstairs and enjoy some lovely snacks and drinks during the day. The room was very big and a super confortable bed. The staff very friendly. We loved it and would definitely come back when we travel to Madrid.
