The hotel is located in the best location in the center of the city. Everything was close and accessible. The hotel staff is professional and at the highest level, they were extremely accommodating. The interior of the hotel is stunning. Our stay in Madrid was perfect.

The location of this hotel is very good, it's near Gran Via. The room was clean, spatious and had a nice view. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had a variety of options, especially sweets, and it was delicious. All in all, greaf value for money.

Love, love, love the location!! Very near the Church of San Gines and even the famous Chocolateria San Gines! Walking distance to Plaza del Sol, Plaza Mayor, the Gran Via. It's a boutique hotel and it gave us a very cozy, relaxed feeling. Our room had a balcony overlooking Calle Arenal which had the Christmas lights on and gave you the holiday vibes. Breakfast was good and if you prefer to have brunch outside, there are a lot of cafes in the area. The hotel also has a Christmas photo corner setup right outside the entrance where people would dropby and have their photos taken. My husband and I also appreciate the fact that the hotel takes good care not only of their guests but also of their Filipino staff.
