The staff were all cheery and helpful but Javier stood out. He was not just enthusiastic but also authentic and gave us exceptional tips/recommendations to restaurants for what we came to Spain for: traditional roasted suckling pig. He was attentive and resourceful and truly wanted our holiday to be unforgettable. He didnt have to, but in many cases, made us feel very welcome in his country and hotel.

The staff is super friendly and responsive. The location is marvellous with the bus stops, the suburban commuter train station and the Delicias Metro station within a few minutes of walk. The bathroom, while small, had a plethora of shower operations...probably the most modern I have seen anywhere. The whole ambience of the hotel harks back to the sixties and seventies! May not be everyone's cup of tea.
