This is an awesome property, extremely well located very close to most of the attractions, extremely courteous and helpful staff, amazing rooms, the room was quite spacious, the breakfast spread is superb…. And the restaurant staff are polite and courteous. The best part of this hotel is the always smiling face of every hotel staff…. That speaks a lot about their nature and treatment of guests. We had access to the Red Lounge, thanks to the person at the time of check in who suggested this, as it was at an extra cost, but completely worth it. Superb experience overall, will definitely stay here when we come next to Madrid. One more thing…. Do not miss the view of Madrid fr the terrace, it’s breathtaking and amazing.

The locationis great with access to all major city attractions and the room had street views which was great. The room was fairly sized and was cleaned everyday. The breakfast was great too with multiple traditional breakfast and spanish options. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

Excellent Opera house, with a great seat pretty much...

Excellent Opera house, with a great seat pretty much anywhere, as it is a medium size opera house. Saw the NY Met's version of Medea last season, which was great, but the production here was even better! Note that online booking system has a 3D visualizer when choosing seating and none are cheap, but a fair value for the quality of the production.

Steps away from the bustle of Mercado San Miguel and Sol metro station and the calm of Plaza de Santiago, Teatro Real and Opera metro station. Strikingly beautiful historic building, 5 corner apartments, 1 per floor, with wrap around balconies. We were on the top floor with amazing views. Keyless entry, the host communicated all necessary details via messaging in a timely and crystal clear fashion.
