The staff has been one of the most helpful and kind I've ever met. They made sure everything was perfect even if we were late for the check in. The quality of the service, the prices, the beauty of the room and the city are difficult to match.

Our stay was incredible! The hotel is definitely 5-star quality - the only reason it has only 4 stars is that the front desk isn't open 24 hrs, not a problem for guests because there is keypad access after hours. The location is perfect for sightseeing on foot in the old town. The hotel is small, only 10 rooms, and is beautifully designed. Our room was spacious and quiet, with a very comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning that kept us cool even though the weather outside was hot. The bathroom was lavish, very fresh, and the shower was great. Breakfast was continental, with homemade yogurt and good croissants but no cooked food. We ate dinner twice at the hotel and recommend it highly The local Gaillac wines were very good and the menu had both regional and international specialties. All our food was delicious. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautifully refurbished and our room overlooking the pool was quiet. Didn’t go in the pool unfortunately, but friends we were with took advantage of the facilities. The breakfast was a little pricey but turned out to be high quality and value for money . Highly recommended

La Réserve is set in former noble residence on the banks of the Tarn River in a large park. It offers an outdoor swimming pool with panoramic views of the river, which is surrounded by sun loungers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were wonderful, they were friendly, attentive and gave us great advice about local sites when we asked. The room we stayed in was perfect.

The kindness of the personel, which addressed quite minor but well appreciated requests. The location was very convenient, not far from what we wanted to visit (the cathedral, the Toulouse-Lautrec museum). The room was very quite with a luminous bathroom.
