The stuff at the reception was so nice and kind, they helped us with everything we asked for. The whole hotel is beautiful, nicely furnished and different than all other hotels I've even been to. I felt there very comfortable. The room was clean and cozy and the breakfast amazing, a lot of to choose from.

Perfect location of the hotel! 3 minutes walking from 2 different metro stations. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful :) Rooms are very clean and bed really comfortable, even the most demanding people will be happy from the bed quality. Everything was perfect, starting with the staff at the reception and breakfast room. The room was cozy, the bath room big enough. Nice touch with the Rituals products. The breakfast was delicious and they even got more croissants from the bakery for us because there was only one left.
