The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were lovely, comfortable and clean. Location was excellent. We thought it was also really nice having turn down service especially post COVID where that is normally not offered anymore.

Super location, very central. Easy walk to all main sights and shopping. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, booked great restaurants for us, advised on where to go, see, eat.

Great location, within walking distance to the St. Catherine shopping avenue and the Opera House and river. Tram lines provide access to more distant hotspots. Our room was a suite with a separate living area and kitchenette. Very comfortable bed and Clarins toiletries. Outstanding cleanliness and wonderful small touches like complmentary shoe shine and daily refresh of a small chocolate or biscuit. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very polite.

Location perfect for all our excursions, walking distance to city centre. Hôtel was nicely tucked away and quiet. Staff were fabulous, decor and cleanliness superb. Beautiful building, interesting history.

The staff was attentive and helpful. The décore is lovely with a mixture of contemporary among an ancient setting. The front desk even sent us tizaines to help us sleep when they heard that we had just arrived from the USA.
