Very nice, laid back hotel that is very walkable to central Bordeaux. Fantastic staff, especially the concierge who made great dinner reservations and recommended a very good wine tour for us. Breakfast buffet is substantial and the staff do a great job. Very well appointed room with comfortable bed, a great shower, etc. Highly recommended hotel in Bordeaux.

We had The Cardinal Suite and it was really lovely. Especially the bathroom and terrace. The Clarin products were a lovely touch. The staff were so lovely. It was great to have a deep soak in the bath then sit on the terrace and sunbathe with a coffee!

Staff were exceptional, so helpful, Nothing was too much trouble. Possibly one of most small boutique beautiful hotels we have stayed in, interior was wonderful. Breakfast was stunning and yummy.

We liked absolutely everything about this property. We Were traveling with a baby and our stay was super comfortable. The hotel is renovated, very stylish and clean. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. We had a daily room cleaning. Hotel is located in the very center of Bordeaux, in the nicest area. I strongly recommend this hotel.
