From the moment you step into the hotel , the decor , the staff and a signature aroma ( good) made it feel luxe. The welcome chocolates and Madelines were a beautiful touch. Lovely decor. Comfortable beds and extremely helpful staff! We managed to use the pool and sauna which was amazing after walking all over. Public transportation was a walk away so very convenient. Even though there is no fridge in your room. They will store anything for you in their fridge. Also you can request for a kettle if you need one. We decided to upgrade to a room with a balcony for the full Parian feel. A drink at the bar is a must too! What a perfect stay in Paris !

The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring my stay was perfect, from personalized recommendations to seamless service. The room itself was a masterpiece of comfort and style, with luxurious bedding, elegant furnishings, and state-of-the-art amenities that reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellence. The rooftop bar and wellness facilities added even more to the experience, providing both relaxation and indulgence in equal measure. SO/ Paris is everything I could hope for in a hotel—modern, clean, with jaw-dropping views and an atmosphere of effortless sophistication. I can’t wait to return to this exceptional retreat.

The rooms have fantastic views of Paris, La Seine, and the Eiffel Tower. We had both breakfast and dinner at the Hotels restaurant and were blown away by the food. everything tasted great.

Absolutely amazing. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast - with super nice croissants and a perfect baguette - and very close to the metro station. We were able to wander around and walk to the center of the city enjoying the lovely Paris' vibes. There are many supermarkets and the most lovely pastry shop near the hotel. As a surprise, we spotted the most adorable outdoor market only across the street on our last day. I can't recommend enough, this will sure be where we will stay again next time we fly to Paris.

Great location, easy access to get to main attractions and also from and to the Gare du Nord train station. The hotel and the rooms are very charming and clean. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay in the hotel again in the future.

The hotel is very well located, in a bustling yet charming tourist area. It is cozy, with attentive and friendly staff. Check-in was quick; we arrived early and were able to leave our luggage at the hotel until the designated time. There was a cake and tea in the hotel lobby for guests. In the room, we were pleasantly surprised with a set of artisanal jams and a welcome card. The breakfast deserves special mention—excellent, with fresh, high-quality products. We had it delivered to the room, and it arrived punctually at the requested time. The transfer service was also excellent.
