This is a recently fully refurbished compact very well-equipped apartment. The location is excellent with a supermarket, coffee shop and bakery nearby. Various entrances to the Old Town are a 5-minute walk as is Place Garibaldi. Tram stations at Garabaldi and Durandy are close by. Place Massena and Av.Jean Medecin are a pleasant stroll away along the lovely nearby park and children's playground. There is a lovely old-fashioned lift in the building.
