A luxurious hotel with all needed facilities. We booked a room on the excutive floor and it was breathtaking! Big, soundproof and most important a clean room, with view the Liverpool ferry wheel 🎡! The bed was huge, more than enough for two people, with a big screen to watch movies which are saved on the tv. And the bathroom, stunning! Separated only by a glass from the room and a curtain if you want more privacy! Big wardrobe and iron included! In the room there were wine and a selection of coffee flavours to make, using the coffee machine which is provided in the room! Room service was very good as well with good prices for the food and drinks! Looking forward to book here again!

We stayed at the hotel for two nights , and it was amazing the bed was so comfortable and big and the smell in the room was good and it was in the heart of Liverpool city centre! The staff was really nice and even got us a room the second night cause we only booked for one. They had Netflix and Disney plus on the TVs most hotels that we stayed at in Liverpool didn’t have that so that was really nice.

Albert Dock

The historic Albert Dock was once the centre of Liverpool’s bustling trading port. Today its brick warehouses have been converted into museums – the Tate Liverpool, International Slavery Museum and Beatles Story can all be found here. Souvenirs abound in the gift shops lining the docks, from nautically themed knick-knacks to licenced Beatles merchandise in the Fab4 Store.

Great place to visit , especially beetles museum ..

Great place to visit , especially beetles museum .. Slavery museum is closed and also Tate gallery . Would advise people to walk further up street and visit port of Liverpool building and the white Star building , where you can get a drink on the roof top . My biggest suprise was the Liverpool library. Amazing building

This place has vastly changed since the eighties.

This place has vastly changed since the eighties. Huge investment has brought immense changes, opportunities and employment to the area. There are shops and restaurants here and also a Premier Inn. There is so much history to see, while you are at the Albert Docks. A lot of the original buildings are still standing and there is a habour, with beautiful sailing boats moored close by. The New Years Eve fireworks display happens here.

Really cool place to visit, especially late afternoon and evening. Good restaurants and bars plus Riverside walks by the legendary Mersey. Starting place for brilliant City and Beatles bus tours and nearby Pier Head for Mersey River cruises on a dazzle boat.

Beautiful.

Beautiful. Take your own food and drink as a lot of things are overpriced. Stunning views. A mixture of old and new architecture. Feels like your at the seaside without a beach. The places we used took card payments but always a good idea to have some cash.

The hotel was next to James Street station, and also close to the Albert Dock complex. The lifts were fast and reliable. There were interesting views from the window. Externally the building is attractive, designed by the architect Norman Shaw, which is why I chose to stay there. The bed was comfortable,

Location is between Albert Dock and the City Centre, and around a 17 minute walk from Liverpool Lime Street, the Anglican Cathedral, or St James Station. As long as you are mobile, it's a great base for seeing all the main attractions in Liverpool. The room was large and quiet. The hotel stored our bags on arrival as we were quite early. The bed was large and comfy.

We have stayed here for a few years, The location is great for the Liverpool Ine for shopping, Albert docks there are some lovely restaurants nearby, plus the arena if you are going to a gig. I will say the young girl behind the bar didn't catch her name (long hair, she was short) is a credit to the hotel her customer service skills were amazing, always asked me how my day was and what I was doing either in the night or the next day.

The room was excellent. Plenty of room, clean and well decorated. The breakfast was a buffet which was ok. The food was replenished when needed and they catered well for allergies. I am gluten intolerant. The staff were friendly and allowed my request for a later checkout and ordered taxis for me when I needed to go into the city and the cruise terminal.. The hotel was near the Albert Docks which was handy.

The accommodation was within walking distance of so many places. A wonderful Indian restaurant around the corner. We walked to The Albert Dock for lunch - so many places to choose to eat. On to The Liver buildings. A trip over the mersey. An open top bus tour. The Cavern was a must visit, for £5 the singers and atmosphere was amazing. Just to mention we are in our 70s and I have mobility issues, but location was not a problem. From the Cavern back to the apartment is a taxi was £5.80 if walking too much
