This property is absolutely beautiful from start to finish. The welcome at reception was warm and genuine, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. Both the dinner and breakfast were exceptional — delicious and beautifully presented. The rooms are charming and well-appointed, with incredibly comfortable beds that made for a great night’s sleep. The gardens are stunning, and the outdoor heated pool is a true highlight — peaceful, relaxing, and a real treat. A fantastic experience all around.

The first interaction at the reception, the gentleman ( sorry didn't get his name) was very welcoming, approachable and helpful, he let us checked in without hassle even though we arrived before time without prior notice, kudos to his customer care and patience. It made us feel welcomed . The room was clean n well maintained, thanks to hk team, thr other staffs at the reception were also friendly and approachable at the evening shift , gestures are very important to make someone feel home.

Dating back to 1880, this fine Victorian mansion is set 15 minutes’ stroll from the centre of Bath.

Beautiful house, room and bathroom, the garden was also very quiet and nice to relax in there. They cleaned the room daily, left snacks and tea there, which is a very kind gesture. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and nice during our stay.The neighborhood was pretty calm, clean and easy to access even by foot. 100% recommend
