Loni at reception was fantastic! We arrived earlier than check-in time and she was able to find us a room, as it was my birthday and she was so kind. The rooms were beautiful, with a spacious shower and comfortable beds. The rooms were equipped with irons, hairdryers, and coffee and tea sets. It was a fantastic choice for my birthday and all the staff were incredibly friendly. The location was perfect too, within walking distance of Liverpool Street station and Brick Lane. I will definitely be coming back again!

The hotel is well decorated. The room is so modern, clean, and comfy. Good design bathroom. The window is large with a view of nice city centre buildings. The complimentary provided are great and thoughtful. It's close to Tower Hill underground and a short walk to bus stops that can take you to key attractions. The area around is so nice to explore. I'd love to stay again. Staff is superb too!

    It was dirty, it was the smallest room that I have even started in my life. The hygiene conditions were awful. There was no space to sit on the toilet as it was exactly behind the door and the bathroom’s sink. So when the door was opened the limited space in front of the toilet bowl was blocked. In the end we used the common bathroom. Lastly, for the two hours that we stayed there, a strange door of gas was smelled probably coming from a boiler.

    The hotel staff were extremely friendly. The hotel car parking was very convenient and underground next to the hotel and very secure. Very dog friendly, on arrival in room was dog bowls and a bed. Beds very comfortable and kettle and tea and biscuits in room. Location was excellent with Russell Square park opposite which was very handy for walking dog. Right in the centre for exploring. Amazing stay.

    The location which is close to Paddington Station which the Heathrow express runs to. Close to Hyde Park and Kensington gardens. Hop on hop off bus stop around the corner. Restaurants and bars nearby. Room had a kitchenette with plates, bowls and cutlery, complimentary water. Good water pressure for the shower. Staff were friendly.

    I went to breakfast at 7.45 and was the only person there - not even a chef Had to wait 15 minutes for him to appear then the full breakfast consisted on a sort of scambled egg half omelette concoction. Loud music played in breakfast room despite me being the only person there Very limited breakfast - the bowl of fruit was dried out and looked stale - even took a photo of this Not good value for money - was expecting a full breakfast
