BelgiumWe had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with thoughtful gestures like sweets and drinks. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help, which made us feel at home right away.
The hotel is truly luxurious, with stunning and well-thought-out decor. I loved the elegant touches of pink and gold throughout, as well as the marble bathroom, which added such a sophisticated feel. The overall aesthetic of the hotel is absolutely beautiful, and it creates such a relaxing and upscale atmosphere.
On top of that, we were upgraded to a better room, which made our experience even more special. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for a memorable stay.
A special thank you to Poppie, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Your kindness and care truly made our experience unforgettable.

The whole place smelled of weed my door to room looked like it had been smashed in had to ask for a kettle no cereal in morning but had a bowl and spoon holes in the walls had to park up road due to people break in vecals

Great connections with the hotel being right next to a dlr station and only a short walk to Bow Road station. Room did its job for the cheap price.

Perfect room for us and the dog. She had her own bed mat bowl
And welcome bag ! Dinner was simple steak and chips with a hot and spicy peppercorn sauces. Breakfast was plentiful and beautifully freshly prepared. Lots to also help yourself to. Location perfect for station and Elizabeth line Well done to all the very friendly and helpful staff. Made it a pleasure indeed
