The very friendly and professional welcome. Room ready at noon already. Christmas treats and drinks at the reception. The bar and restaurant are beautiful and the services was flawless. The cocktails are all delicious. The corridor to the 02 is great for shopping and going to shows at the arena. The breakfast buffet was complete and very delicious.

The location was .5 miles from the Elizabeth lin and underground station. It had a lot of food options and store within walking distance. I felt safe walking around by myself. The staff was great! Overall I would visit again.

we enjoyed living in Hotel. very nice location, clean room, comfortable common area where I worked in the morning. Breakfasts were tasty. staff paid a lot if attantion to everyone. we obviously return to hotel. Especially we would like to appreciate Valentina, amazing manager in the restaurant.

    We had a corner room so beautiful views of both the city and round towards Canning Town. The breakfast was great and the spa was lovely too. The bed was very comfy and the access into the o2 was worth staying for alone! The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely stay again the next time we go to a concert.
