I notice that the staff were down to earth , pleasant and helpful. By the second day I decided I should stay longer. I also liked the complimentary wine which started the evening. The location could not have been better for food and shopping so the lack of on site restaurant didnt matter .

It's an amazing place to stay. At the reception, they'll give you a card key and kindly explain how to open the door if you arrive late. You start enjoying the beauty and thoughtfulness of the hotel as soon as you go upstairs to find your room. It seemed that they thought of every little detail, everyghing is just stunningly beautiful. Finding the room isn't difficult—the signs are painted on the walls and seem like part of the design. There are also paintings on the walls that catch the eye. Although the room is relatevily small, it's just charming. There's a wooden table, a fireplace, a fresh newspaper, and a large chandelier—it's the perfect setting for "English aristocrat"-style photos. Besides being a great place for photos, the room has everything you need to relax: a kettle, cups, glasses, nespresso machine, coffee and tea, a large TV, and a wonderfully soft bed. Both sides of the bed have nightstands and power outlets—very convenient for charging all devices. The bathroom is nice and has all the necessary amenities. The towel warmer works without any issues, and there's soap, shower gel, body cream, shampoo, and conditioner—all with a lovely fragrances. The hotel also has a pub, which I highly recommend visiting. You don't have to leave the building—the entrance is right off the hotel corridor. The margaritas were delicious. I highly recommend trying the sausage roll. The staff are also increadibly kind and polite. 10 out of 10. I highly recommend this place.

I liked the interior of the hotel and the room, it's so comfortable and warm, it also smells nice. Small kitchen in the room is well equipped to prepare a nice meal. The room is of solid size and the breakfast is colorful and fresh (even if it's repeating every day). The personnel is friendly and helpful. Location is great, next to the tube and bus station.
