Breakfast was excellent on first day with a la carte options. Buffet only breakfast on Sunday was a little disappointing.

Large, spacious and well-equipped room with all practicalities met. Nice touches with L’Occitane toiletries and Lindt chocolates. Good size bathroom and good shower. Good restaurant. Reserved parking on the property (limited)

The location was excellent—right in the city centre, making it easy to explore Exeter. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were polite and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short stay. Breakfast had a good variety and was included in the rate, which added value

This was always a characterfull place in a good location, but this time, unde rnew management, it had been comprehensively and stylishly refurbished both in the public areas and in the room, while keeping in the spirit of the place: it now feels and looks much more luxurious than it used to. Breakfast in the sunny front room (or outside front) is as pleasant as always.
