Everything, we had room 402, and it was perfect. Very spacious , my husband loved the shower, and I enjoyed the jacuzzi bath. Breakfast was delicious. All the staff were charming and very helpful. We would highly recommend this delightful hotel.

Fabulous hotel right in the city centre so great location The staff, particularly the front desk were so friendly and lovely. The room was superb - most comfortable bed ever. We will be staying here again.

We stayed here for 4 nights and were very happy. It was within walking distance of the Quay, the city centre and public transport hubs.the staff were very helpful and friendly.

I had the most fantastic stay. The building is beautiful, it’s well kept and the room spacious. I thought it was far away from everything (and maybe) but it’s just 4 mins walk to Quay where they have the most amazing restaurants and views.
