Lovely old hotel with exceptional staff. Great location near the train station. Room was very cold when I checked in but that was soon sorted once I mentioned it to Kristina at reception. Bar staff were great.

Breakfast was good, although missing square slice :) That aside, good standard of service and staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was great. Location is great for the town centre and V and A and also the building is modern and clean.
