The manager was exceptionally helpful and really went the extra mile to ensure we had a convenient and comfortable stay. The bed was outrageously comfortable and we had a fantastic night's sleep! WiFi was free and fast, facilities were clean, and the shower had great water pressure. Great hotel!

Excellent stay, everything brand new, very clean, really comfortable beds and lots extra little luxuries provided. Hosts very friendly and quick to help on phone with a couple of little things we weren’t sure about because all so new, and they have already sorted for the next visitors. Location very good for us on a very quiet side street in North Leeds, enabling us to pick up our son from Leeds station then set off early driving further north.
