We chose this hotel for its proximity to the O2 as we were attending a show there. As well as the very convenient location and easy access to public transport to/from central London, everything else impressed us: beautifully appointed and comfortable room, excellent cleanliness, helpful and friendly staff, great views from the bars and brasserie. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay again on future visits to the O2.

- Great view on the water during breakfast - great Breakfast and also snacks and foods one was able to get during the day! - amazing rooftop! - European plugs - very close to cable car to take you to the O2 centre

With views over Royal Victoria Dock, ibis London Excel-Docklands is less than a minute walk from the ExCeL exhibition centre and the Emirates Air Line cable car system that leads to the O2 Arena.

the room was the perfect size, we were on the 1st floor which I prefer, and the location was perfect for Elizabeth line & the Excel. Breakfast was great always enough, if not then quickly resupplied. could leave luggage safely & staff are so so nice... this to me is the most important!!

This 4-star hotel is 150 metres from the ExCeL Exhibition Centre and close to the O2 arena, Canary Wharf and London City Airport.

Very convenient location ; only 5 mins in taxi from city airport , 100m from Excel centre west entrance & 200m from Custom House tube station with excellent new Elizabeth line connection

Breakfast was great. Hotel staff were very helpful. I unfortunately was not well when I arrived and the hotel manager kindly checked us in early. The choice of tv channels was also a plus.
