Wonderful rural location just off the A12 and a 10 minute walk into Dedham village, plenty of free parking, friendly staff, beautifully decorated and furnished buildings, facilities set over three sites within two or three minutes drive of each other but staff will ferry you backwards and forwards, room and breakfast excellent value and high-end restaurant serves delicious food.

Our whole experience was excellent from the moment we arrived, beautiful place, great staff, service was excellent and the rooms were beautiful. The food was absolutely delicious, and we were made to feel very welcome ❤️

Everything, great front service, beautifully decorated bar area, rooms were modern, clean, good size, breakfast was awesome & good off road parking. To be honest we almost bailed out of the booking, thinking the price which incl breakfast was too good to be true. But it’s a modern hotel not just some B&B! Very impressed, you will be too!
