The staff members at the check-in counter are of great and exceptional service-minded. Big compliment to Jossie, Jamie, Kim, the lady with black hair at the reception counter on 11 Sept in the morning, the male staff at the reception counter on 12 Sept in the afternoon time and the housekeeping. All of them made us feel at home! We will be back again and again!

The location was great for sightseeing, the view from the window was nice as well. The welcome drinks and fruits were kind and I really appreciated the staff's personal messages. Each receptionist we met was very kind too. The bed was comfortable and despite its location it wasn't noisy at all.
