Really comfortable room with great value and great location in Belfast city centre. The pub at the lobby with live music every night was exceptional. The staffs were really nice.

Lovely property. Staff were very helpful & polite. Rooms are very clean , nicely decorated & well equipped with iron, hairdryer & mini fridge. Bed was super comfortable . Breakfast was excellent .

Beautiful hotel extremely well maintained, reminded us of the opulent and lavish days in the late 1800 - early 1900. All the staff is well polite and welcoming. Our room was on the old side and was facing the fron tof the hotel and you could hear the noise from the street, this being said, when we mentionned it to the front they proposed to move us to a different room.It is definitively a five star hotel and we recommend it.
