The staff were lovely welcoming and friendly and the food was very good. As a single woman traveller I felt safe and well looked after. My dog was also very welcome and the location near the parks was perfect. The hotel parking was also very useful. I would highly recommend

We stayed at this hotel over the weekend of the Women’s Rugby World Cup and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. We ate in the bar a couple of times and the food was good and reasonably priced, given the location. A special mention to the fantastic staff on reception and the French lady who looked after us so well.

I wanted to express my heartfelt thanks for the wonderful stay I had at your hotel. Everything was perfect and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The service, facilities and overall experience were excellent and I really appreciate the hospitality shown to me. Our room was upgraded for my special day with my girlfriend. The view of the Thames from our room was unmatched. The bathtub was also magnificent. A big thank you to the hotel staff for the friendly welcome. It was a trouble-free stay and will definitely be my only choice for my next stay in Richmond.

everything about the property is fantastic! the room was so much more spacious and well presented than I expected! the facilities are excellent and having full access to the spa and sauna facilities was exceptional! also all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! I will definitely be staying here again!:)
